Unsurprisingly, Batman: Arkham City is going to have store-exclusive pre-order incentives. Today, we know what at least two of these are going to be, both related to the game’s challenge maps. The first is for Best Buy.
If you pre-order Arkham City at Best Buy, you’ll get access to Robin as a playable character in the challenge maps. He’ll come with his own set of gadgets and special moves. In addition to Robin, you’ll get a Red Robin skin, and two additional challenge maps — Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape.
Meanwhile, Gamestop are offering an exclusive Joker’s Carnival challenge map, pictured below:
In case you missed the announcement, Catwoman will be a playable character in Arkham City’s challenge maps, too. However, Catwoman also ties into the game’s main story and will be playable in certain sections of that as well. You can watch her character trailer in this older post.
