Watch A Trailer Rundown Of Star Fox 64 3D’s New Controls In Action

The last Star Fox 64 3D trailer focused on a battle with Star Wolf. This one shows off the controls, including the new gyro controls that can be used to steer the Arwing in 3DS mode.

The video’s in Japanese, so here’s a helpful control chart that was displayed on the 3DS bottom screen in early screenshots of the game.

The final version of the game may or may not have these displayed on the bottom screen. More recent screenshots depict the characters on the bottom, and — in the case of multiplayer games — the faces of other players, picked up by the inner camera.

Multiplayer battles can be held with a single copy of the game, since Star Fox 64 3D supports Download Play. Japan gets the game on July 14th, and the U.S. will see it on September 11th. If you own a 3DS, you can download a 3D trailer for it from the eShop.
