We’ll Find Out The Last Story’s Localization Fate By The End Of The Year

Due to a slight misunderstanding on Mistwalker’s Twitter account, some people believe that we’re going to be hearing news of localization plans for The Last Story by the end of this month. We hate to be the ones to break the bad news, but that was the result of a typo.

We got in touch with Mistwalker to find out what the situation really was, and this is what we were told:

Sorry, it was my typo. I meant, “You will find out (if it’s for JPN or US release) by the end of this YEAR”. It was my bad.

So no, The Last Story isn’t confirmed for localization yet, and we’ll find out if and when it’s going to be released outside of Japan by the end of the year.
