As part of the 2023 San Diego Comic Con, Sony and Insomniac made a number of announcements regarding Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. A new trailer appeared for one. While it’s a general story trailer, the highlight is its first appearance of Venom. There’s also going to be a special themed bundle, as well console covers and a DualSense controller. However, the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle release date falls ahead of the game’s. It will be out on September 1, 2023.

When can I pre-order the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle ahead of its release date?
You’ll be able to pre-order the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle on July 28, 2023 in most regions, ahead of its September 1, 2023 release date. Sony will take orders directly. It also noted other stores will sell it, but didn’t provide a list. While you can get the console that day, the download code for a copy of the game in the box can’t be redeemed until October 20, 2023, when the game launches on the PlayStation Store. This will also include the Arachknight Suit for Peter Parker Shadow Spider Suit for Miles Morales, three skill points, and a Web Grabber ahead of when you would normally get them in-game.
Sony also did note where the bundle will be available. People will see it in the following countries on launch day:

- Germany
- Italy
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Portugal
- Spain
- United Kingdom
- United States
Sony also noted the console covers and Dualsense will arrive at the same time.
