Yakuza Hostesses Invading Darts Bars

image Sega dreams up of all sorts of ways to promote the Ryu ga Gotoku (Yakuza) series in Japan. Their marketing strategy for Ryu ga Gotoku 4 involves dart bars.

Starting this month DartsLive, a manufacturer of darts machines in Japan, will host a Yakuza 4 theme. After earning points saved on an IC card, players can switch their theme from pumpkins to Yakuza 4.

 

Then, during next spring when Yakuza 4 is about to launch, Sega will host an event where people can play darts with the winners of the Yakuza 4 hostess contest, pictured below.
