During the next Community Day featuring Squirtle on July 8, 2018, the Pokémon GO Twitter teased that completing Field Research tasks will give you the opportunity to meet Squirtle wearing sunglasses in the field.

Furthermore, it has been confirmed that Squirtle caught during Community Day will know Hydro Cannon upon evolving into a Blastoise from Wartorle.
The Community Day will take place on July 8, 2018 from 3AM to 6AM UTC (July 7, 7PM to 10PM PST). Apart from Squirtle and the exclusive move for it, during the Community Day hatch distances will be cut to 1/4 the original distance, and there will be 3-hour lures.
