Last night saw a fresh batch of Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D and Resident Evil: Revelations screens, along with some new information on the former. Today, we have more screenshots, courtesy of Capcom’s Japan division.

Here’s The Mercenaries 3D once again, this time showing off some of the weapons and enemies. Look, it’s the zealots from Resident Evil 4!

The Mercenaries 3D website had one more piece of information that you might find interesting. The number of players the game will support has yet to be decided (or specified). While we knew The Mercenaries 3D will include online co-op, there’s a possibility that this may extend beyond two players.

Resident Evil: Revelations, too, saw a Japanese update. The four new screenshots appear to be from the same area (maybe even the same playthrough) as yesterday’s screens.

Revelations takes place in 2005, somewhere in offshore Europe. The backstory involves Jill and other members of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance boarding a luxury liner that now looks like a ghost ship. As they approach, Jill murmurs to herself, “I’m sure they’re somewhere on this ship…”

Who or what she’s looking for isn’t specified, however. Clearly, something’s wrong here, though, as past screens and a trailer have depicted Jill and Chris not quite getting along.
