While the CESA’s piracy figures for certain DS and PSP games are quite alarming, they don’t really mean anything unless you have a sales figure to compare them to.
CESA has been tracking illegal downloads of top selling handheld games. Out of all the titles – DS and PSP – Dissidia: Final Fantasy was downloaded the most.

Square Enix is about to release Dissidia: Final Fantasy in North America this week, but you may want to hold off buying it.
Europe is the last region to get Dissidia: Final Fantasy in the world, but Square Enix is making it up to PAL territories with a limited collectors edition version of Dissidia.

Square Enix added a new feature to the North American version of Dissidia: Final Fantasy. Arcade mode is designed for quick play. The computer automatically sets your stats, attacks, and lines up five enemies to fight.
Choose your allegiance to Cosmos or Chaos with the Dissidia: Final Fantasy package art. One side has all the Cosmos and all of the Final Fantasy heroes as imagined by Tetsuya Nomura. Flip it over and you have villains.
