Reika Morishita gave “Your Wind is Blowing” and “another sun” to Capcom for Rockman Dash, better known as Mega Man Legends in the West. This year is Mega Man Legends’ 15th anniversary and Morishita is celebrating by releasing rearranged versions.

“Unfortunately Legends isn’t going to be able to be up there; it failed an I.P. sweep and a contract check,” says Capcom’s Christian Svensson.

The world of Legends 3 is a world covered 90% by water. The exact cause of this global flooding isn’t known.

The next phase of the Mega Man Legends 3 fan collaboration requires fans to submit names, dialogue and background information for the game’s townspeople.
