<< How to read and understand sales

Last week saw wasn’t completely empty of new releases in Japan, but there wasn’t much of note either. Spike Chunsoft released Kenka Bancho 6 for the Nintendo 3DS during the week, and it sold 24,000 copies.

The only other new game that made the top-20 was Diabolik Lovers: More Blood Limited V Edition, which sold just 4,000 copies. The rest of the list comprised of the same games you’ve grown used to seeing these past few weeks—Yo-kai Watch 2, Pokémon, Monster Hunter, Smash, and so on.

In terms of older releases, Kirby Triple Deluxe popped back into the top-20 to let us know it has sold close to 700,000 copies. Meanwhile, Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 on PS3 is nearly at 150,000.
