Atelier Ryza Swimsuit DLC Arrives to Give Everyone a Summery Look

While it may be winter in some areas right now, Atelier Ryza is giving people more tropical adventures. The latest round of add-ons have appeared. People can now acquire the Atelier Ryza swimsuit DLC. Though, costumes aren’t the only new additions to the game.

One of the main draws of the new content drop could be the chance to dress everyone up in swimsuits. Which makes sense in-world, considering everyone lives on Kurken Island and you may find yourself fighting and gathering on multiple beaches. Ryza, Empel, Klaudia, Lila, Lent, and Tao each get their own swimsuit, with every one of them being sold for $2.99 each. They have rather fun names too, with Ryza’s being Sunlight Flower, Empel’s is Ocean Dandy, Klaudia wears Elegant Mermaid, Lila could put on Cool Selenite, Lent is a Muscle Volcano, and Tao is, well, Captain Tao.

There are also two new optional stories, with one of them being beach-themed too. Ever Summer Queen & the Secret Island is a seasonal event set on a private beach. It doesn’t have any voice acting, like the main story events, but it does eventually add a new gathering spot once you get going through the side story. The other storyline is called The End of an Adventure and Beyond, and it makes Lila the main character. It is an epilogue set after the events of the game, following her and Empel’s continuing adventures. Both of these extra stories are $5.49.

As a reminder, all of these additional costumes and stories are a part of the Atelier Ryza season pass. It isn’t quite as expensive as the Atelier Lulua season passes, which were split up by characters (Lulua, Meruru, and Totori) and ranged in price from $21.99 to $29.99. However, this season pass is still $54.99 and it consists of extra weapon skins, extra character outfits, some music, a new gathering area, and story packs for Empel, Klaudia, Lila, Lent, and Tao.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. Its soundtrack was just added to Spotify!
