Sega Ages Fantasy Zone follows Opa-Opa as the ship tries to save Fantasy World. Both Opa-Opa and Upa-Upa, their brother, are playable here. (Upa-Upa appeared in the 3D Classics version.) This version of the game also offers Time Attack Mode, has Coin Stock Assist, and added more bosses to it.

Sega Ages Shinobi follows Joe Musashi as he attempts to rescue the Oboro clain ninjas from ZEED. This version of the game adds the new AGES mode. When you choose this option, you get the ability to use a melee attack and Musashi has more health and strength than usual. The mode also adds a rewind function, the ability to choose which stage you start on, and different difficulty levels.

Sega Ages Shinobi and Fantasy Zone will launch on January 23, 2020 outside Japan. Sega Ages Shinobi appeared on the Japanese eShop on October 31, 2019. Sega Ages Fantasy Zone made its Japanese debut back on November 28, 2019.
