As suggested by the title, this album will contain 10 acoustic arrangements of the background music found in Final Fantasy VII Remake. Some of the songs in the album are medleys that combine several songs heard in the original soundtrack. The music in this album ranges from string instrument-focused melancholic arrangements to violin performances.

The album’s tracklist is as follows:

  1. Prelude Medley (includes Bombing Mission)
  2. Sector 7 Undercity Medley (includes Tifa’s Theme – Seventh Heaven)
  3. Jessie’s Theme
  4. The Turks’ Theme
  5. Let the Battles Begin – Fight On Medley
  6. Aerith’s Theme – Home Again
  7. Expressway Medley (includes Midnight Rendezvous)
  8. Ghastly Medley (includes Haunted and Ghoul)
  9. J-E-N-O-V-A – Quickening
  10. One-Winged Angel – Rebirth

The album will also come with a booklet that contains behind-the-scenes comments from the participating composers creating the arrangements. You can listen to samples of the tracks while watching some of the recording process in the promotion trailer shared by Square Enix:

Numerous Final Fantasy VII Remake soundtracks related to the game have appeared. In addition to a Shinra-themed CD and an Orchestral Arrangement album, Square Enix will also release the Original Soundtrack Plus—which features songs not included in the seven-disc original soundtrack—in December 2020.

The Final Fantasy VII Remake Acoustic Arrangements album will be available at 3,300 yen (~$30) on November 25, 2020 in Japan. The songs in this album are based on the Final Fantasy VII Remake video game that is immediately available worldwide on the PlayStation 4.
