The video both sets up the story of Blue Reflection: Second Light while also showing how it will work. People get to see Ao Hoshizaki, our new heroine, as she finds herself in a new world with Kokoro Utsubo and Rena Miyauchi. We see her interact with other people, like Yuki Kinjo and Hinako Shirai, and how these other people feel about being in such a different place. After introducing people, including Shiho Kasuga and Hiori Hirahara, it moves on to specific systems. We get to see what crafting, academy development, request missions, hanging out, Heartscape exploration, and fights. It closes things out with a look at an ominous crack.

Here’s the latest Blue Reflection: Second Light gameplay trailer.

This is one of two ways Koei Tecmo showed off Blue Reflection: Second Light gameplay in August 2021. Earlier in the month, the company released a collection of screenshots. While most of them showed the characters in the midst of battle, there were also some with the heroines talking with one another or preparing for a festival.

Blue Reflection: Second Light will come to Japan on October 21, 2021 and North America and Europe on November 9, 2021. It will be available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. Standard and collector’s editions will be available.
