The upcoming Honkai Impact 3rd Story Chapter 28, “Beyond Will,” will include new activities, limited-time events, and a new outfit for Umbral Rose. Story Chapter 28 will release sometime during the v5.4 update. The story content will be available once players complete Chapters 26 and 27.

The v5.4 update will introduce the new Interstice activity, and players will unlock Interstice once they’ve completed Chapter 27. The activity includes four different themes, each corresponding to a specific difficulty level. Utmost Fog is easy, Bedlam Zone is normal, and Shattered Illusion is hard. The final theme is Endless Maelstrom, which players can complete multiple times to unlock milestones and score rewards.
Completing each Interstice theme will also reward players with exploration rates and Intel Points. Players can then use these Intel Points in the Intel Recovery screen to receive special rewards, such as a new Valkyrie Dawn outfit for Umbral Rose and the four-star Rita: Spina Astera stigma. Additionally, players can also earn Intel Points via playing the story event and exploring the map. The Intel Recovery screen will become available after Chapter 28 releases.
MiHoYo recently revealed the characters that will appear in Post-Honkai Odyssey Chapter 2. The v5.4 update will also add a new S-Rank Silverwing: N-EX battlesuit for Bronya Zaychik. If you’re interested in getting some free rewards, miHoYo is giving away free crystals to those who link their miHoYo account to Honkai Impact 3rd.
Honkai Impact 3rd is immediately available on iOS and Android devices, as well as PC. The Honkai Impact 3rd Story Chapter 28 will release mid-v5.4.
