Even though Temtem isn’t even a month old yet, Crema has handed out its first massive round of bans to people who were abusing the system. Almost 900 people who used Temtem cheats and exploits have been permanently banned. However, it did announce after the reveal that it will look at emails from people asking for a ban to be appealed.
Here is Crema’s initial tweet confirming over 900 people were banned for things like Temtem cheats and committing to keeping the game fair and fun for everyone.
We just completed our first batch of banned users. Almost 900 players have been permanently banned from Temtem.
Bans are final, we won’t answer or review any ban appeal. We’ve made 100% sure that every banned user is either a cheater or has abused exploits intentionally.

When talking about the bans, Crema noted that it checked over 100 of the banned Temtem accounts this morning to make sure they were accurate and warned that people who used Temtem cheats would “lie about everything” to find out about the methods used to detect their activities. The company also said that only people who purposely use exploits and cheat will be banned, and its reviewing of the logs wouldn’t lead to people who inadvertently find one and use it once being banned.
As a follow-up to the announcement, Crema later decided it would allow people who have been banned from Temtem to attempt to appeal bans by allowing them to contact support.
We’ve decided to review ban appeals, even though every single one of the ones we checked are legit. Like you said, having a "no appeal" policy is not good.
So, you can contact us on [email protected]
Put "Ban appeal" as the subject and include your ingame ID or username.
