Apple announced the 2021 Apple Design Award winners, and Genshin Impact was among them. The game was honored in the Visuals and Graphics category alongside the sleepscape session app Loona. As the name suggests, the award is given to titles honored for their graphics.
Genshin Impact already won a few awards. It ended up named Google Play Best Game of 2020 in Japan. The TGS Media Awards 2020 public poll winner was Genshin Impact as well. Apple also named it 2020’s App Store iPhone Game of the Year. It was a nominee for multiple The Game Awards 2020 categories too.

As for the 2020 Apple Design Award winners, not as many games were honored. Sayonara Wild Hearts, Sky: Children of the Light, Song of Bloom, and Where Cards Fall were all honored that year. The Switch version of Sky: Children of Light will launch on June 29, 2021.
Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices. A Nintendo Switch version is on the way.
