How to Help Backpack Korok Find a Friend in Tears of the Kingdom

As you’re heading toward the second Great Sky Island In-isa Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you may happen upon a Korok with a huge backpack. Our little buddy got separated from their friend and gestures that they are on a smaller island not too far away. However, because the backpack is so huge and heavy, they can’t get their on their own. We have the power to unite them again, however. Doing so is yet another tutorial for how rails and platforms work, as well as Ultrahand abilities, when helping the backpack Korok and their friend reunite in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

So with this activity, it’s basically teaching you the Ultrahand could move a living being in addition to an item. There’s a bit of building here, before you can get to that point. First, you need to build a platform to ride the rail. (Knowing how to ride broken rails can help too!)

There’s no flat board here, so you’ll need to take the two long logs and fuse them together first. Then, grab the hook and fuse it in a way that the base is connected to the logs and the hook is upright.

From there, you get to fuse the backpack Korok to the platform you made. (I mean, I think technically we’re fusing their backpack. But still.) Once you do that, lift it onto the rail and hop on. You can then join the Korok for the ride and bring them back to their friend on the other island. Once you get there, unstick the Korok by shaking the right analog stick to unfuse them. You’ll get two Korok Seeds as a reward. To get back, make another “raft” with the logs and hook nearby to ride the rail to the main island again.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch.
