My Little Sister Sequel Sold Through Most Of Its Shipment

The week of its release, Namco Bandai’s My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute Portable Can’t Possibly Continue was the top-selling game in Japan, with 53,175 copies sold. Is that good?

Sales tracker, Media Create, says yes. In their weekly report, Media Create say that, while the game didn’t sell as much as the original My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute Portable, it still saw a high sellthrough. Can’t Possibly Continue sold through 80.31% of its shipment.

For reference, the original My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute Portable sold 88,000 copies in its first week, which was an 88.03% sellthrough.

Unfortunately, Media Create did not provide shipment numbers for the PSP version of Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, which saw quite the drop in sales compared to Persona 2: Innocent Sin on the same platform.
