FuRyu announced on social media it will sell new F:NEX Persona 5 Royal vinyl figures of Makoto Niijima and Morgana, and both of the items will be on display at Anime Expo 2026 ahead of their release. Morgana is the one that will show up first, as pre-orders already opened for him in Japan ahead of a February 2027 debut. The Makoto one doesn’t have a pre-order window or release date yet. Both will be sold worldwide on places like Amazon, just like FuRyu’s other figures like the BiCute Bunnies Haruhi Suzumiya or Apothecary Diaries Maomao Trio-Try-It.
Since Morgana is further along, we know more about that figure. He stands at almost 14 inches tall (35cm). FuRyu Hobby Mall is already taking pre-orders for the 19,800 yen (~$122) figure, including worldwide via WorldShopping, until September 15, 2026. He’ll then launch in February 2027 and start to appear everywhere after that. He’s in his Mono Phantom Thief attire.

In the case of the Makoto Niijima Persona 5 Royal figure, we know she’ll be a 1/7 scale figure. This means she could end up being between nine and ten inches tall. She’s wearing her Shujin Academy and reading a manga magazine, but looks like she’s secretly spying on someone.

We’ve seen FuRyu make Persona series figures and merchandise before. One of the most notable items was a Persona 3 Aigis bust that launched in February 2025. That cost over $4,500.
The F:NEX Persona 5 Royal Makoto Niijima and Morgana figures will be on display at Anime Expo 2026 ahead of their 2027 release worldwide. Persona 5 is on the PS3 and PS4, while the Royal updated version is on the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Anime Expo runs July 2-5, 2026.
