Both English and Japanese social media posts confirm we will see each Fire Emblem: Three Houses Seteth voice actor return to reprise the role in Fortune’s Weave. Takehito Koyasu and Mark Whitten are both back as the character. He’s one of the folks from Fodlan in Dagda.
This marks the fourth time each voice actor played Seteth in a Fire Emblem game since they both started in the role in Three Houses ahead of Fortune’s Weave. They also played the part in the Fire Emblem Heroes mobile game and Musou spin-off Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. In the case of Whitten, he released a statement on social media noting his excitement at returning and thanks for getting to be part of it.
Takehito Koyasu is a familiar voice who’s appeared in many games over the years, especially recently. Some of his biggest roles this year alone are Ashveil in Honkai: Star Rail and King Ichard in The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, and we should hear him as Olivier Lenheim again in Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter. He’s also Dio in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Kraft in Frieren, Toji Fushiguro in Jujutsu Kaisen.
Meanwhile, we heard Mark Whitten as a voice actor in another game recently ahead of his return as Seteth in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave. He played Percival again in Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok. Like Koyasu, he’s also in Honkai: Star Rail, though as the English voice of Jiaoqiu. As for anime series, he played Kyojuro Rengoku in Demon Slayer.
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave will come to the Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide on September 17, 2026. The manga adaptation will also begin its run in Japan in September 2026, though it’s unknown if we might also see it in English eventually. The original Fire Emblem: Three Houses is available on the Switch.
