Shenmue III’s Big Merry Cruise DLC Will Dock on March 17, 2020

A new piece of Shenmue III DLC is on the way. The Big Merry Cruise is about to pull into port. It certainly seems like it will naut be boring, as the ship will bring a number of challenges and minigames when it pulls into Niaowu Harbor. It will dock on March 17, 2020.

It certainly seems like Big Merry Cruise could have the potential to guarantee players a ferry good time. When purchased, players will have the option to have Ryo come aboard to play more minigames. While the official press release’s description is rather vague, it does mention new challenges and rewards like outfits.

However, the Shenmue III trophy list already did spoil some of the activities that will be present onboard, as did one of the screenshots for this add-on. Ryo is standing at the turtle race table in one image, and what looks like a frog race table can be seen in the background. Lucky Hit and Roll It on Top were also mentioned as activities with Challenge Missions connected to them.

The individual price Big Merry Cruise is $3.99, and you can get the full Shenmue III DLC collection for $14.99. Also, to give an idea of how much people save with it, Battle Rally costs $7.99 and Story Quest Pack is $5.99.

Shenmue III is immediately available on the PlayStation 4 and PC via Epic Games Store. The first two bits of Shenmue III DLC, Battle Rally and Story Quest Pack, are both also available now.
