This year Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon, the first direct Tales sequel, turn ten. Namco Bandai is celebrating by remaking the Game Boy Color game and Tales of Phantasia. Both games will be bundled on one UMD.
Shonen Jump notes this Tales of Phantasia remake will have differences like a combat system revision, which makes it different from Tales of Phantasia: Full Voice Edition. The Narikiri Dungeon part has been graphically overhauled and tiny screenshots show four characters fighting at the same time. Didn’t the original game only have three in a party?
Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon Cross is due in stores later this year.
