This Week In Sales: A Double Dose Of Earth Defense Force 2 Portable

    Nintendo 3DS sales: 32,910 | Total sales: 868,843


    9 out of 20 games in the top-20 during the week were on the PSP. Earth Defense Force 2 Portable led the charge at 63,795 units in the #1 spot. D3 Publisher did an interesting promotion for the game, by including two copies in each box of its first printing.


    Following Earth Defense Force was Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2, down from its own #1 spot last week to #2 at 42,397 units. Other new releases included Kimi ni Todoke: Tsutaeru Kimochi (DS) at #7 and Are You Alice? (PSP) at #16.
