Professor Oak May Be Joining Pokemon Masters

A new Sync Pair is being teased, and it might mark the appearance of the very first Pokemon professor. A Pokemon Masters Professor Oak debut could be in the cards. The Japanese Twitter account for the game said people will get a free Sync Pair for logging in on February 14, 2020, and the logo shown has the silhouette of Professor Oak holding a Poke Ball.

Here’s the Pokemon Masters Professor Oak tease. It notes that on Valentine’s Day, everyone who logs in can become friends with this Sync Pair.

In addition to the possibility of Professor Oak, a new Sync Pair Scout banner has been confirmed. On Valentine’s Day 2020, people will be able to pull for a Steven and Metagross Sync Pair. Steven Stone was the Champion in the Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire installments. He favored ground, rock, and steel types, like Metagross, Aggron, Armaldo, and Claydol. This will be a five-star steel-type pair for Pokemon Masters, though the duo’s skills haven’t been officially revealed yet.
