Arc System Works’ Akira Katano published the sixth Developer’s Backyard post forĀ Guilty Gear Strive. He explained more features and improvements being made to the upcoming fighting game. [Thanks, 4Gamer!] In the newest post, Katano addressed the feedback received from theĀ second open beta test. The team had tried to improve the online matching system by adding rematches and Duel Stations, although users still reported connectivity issues. Katano promised to fix as many bugs as possible until the game’s full release. He also mentioned further adjustments to the battle balance, such as increasing the jumping movement arcs. The post also contained screenshots for the Player Match and Mission modes. Player Match will let users invite friends into a personalized space to have casual matches or hold tournaments. The Mission mode will contain more advanced tutorials that range from in-depth explanations of gameplay systems to workarounds against specific characters in Guilty Gear Strive.
