The next Tales of Luminaria character trailer for Gaspard Herbet is here. This character is something of a mystery. While officially allied with the Gildllan Empire, and in such a way that his video appeared during those reveals, that’s not the only side he’s on. The detailed reveal for him mentioned his ties to the Jerle Federation as well.
Here’s the full trailer showing off Gaspard in Tales of Luminaria. Based on the depiction and talk, it seems he could be the character August was suspicious about in his trailer. He also dual wields pistols in his video. That makes him the second character to do so. Lisette from the Jerle Federation does too.

Daman Mills is the voice of Gaspard. Most recently, he played Weiss the Immaculate in the FFVII Remake INTERmission DLC. He voiced Kaworu Nagisa in the Amazon English version of the Rebuild of Evangelion movie. Though he might be most recognizable as Frieza from Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
